Manager – Printing & Fabric Dyeing (Karur)

Role Objective To manage and control day-to-day printing and fabric dyeing operations within the factory, ensuring quality, shade consistency, and production targets are met. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise printing (rotary/flatbed/digital) and dyeing processes
- Monitor shade matching, color consistency, and batch control
- Coordinate with lab and production teams
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
- Track reprocessing, wastage, and rejection levels
- Maintain process parameters (temperature, chemical usage, timing, etc.)
- Support bulk production approvals and pilot runs
- Ensure compliance with quality and process standards
- Maintain basic production records and reports Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years direct factory experience in printing/dyeing
- Diploma / B.Tech in Textile / Processing preferred
- Practical understanding of fabric behaviour, dyes, and chemicals
- Willing to work on the shop floor and in shifts if required Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00
