Solar Technician (Karur)

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 0–2 years of supervisory experience in plant operations, solar, or construction sites.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth workflow.
- Maintain attendance, work logs, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out on time.
- Inspect equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently and kept in valuable condition.
- Perform operation and maintenance of solar power plant
- Monitor plant performance, generation, and system parameters
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Inspect modules, inverters, cables, and electrical panels
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures strictly
- Support team in troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance
