As we continue to expand and strengthen our tenant mix, we are looking for an experienced AGM / Manager – Leasing to drive our leasing strategy and retail partnerships.

???? Role: AGM / Manager – Leasing | ???? Location: Dehradun | ???? Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Drive the leasing strategy to achieve optimum occupancy levels across all retail categories. Identify, negotiate and onboard new tenants, brands & retail partners. Manage end-to-end leasing process — from prospecting to deal closure and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional retail brands. Monitor market trends, competitive retail landscape & retail mix to maximise mall revenues. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth fit-out, handover & tenant onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria: MBA in Marketing / Real Estate OR Graduate with relevant experience from a recognised institution. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Mall or Retail Leasing. Solid network with national & regional retail brands across categories. Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship management skills. Prior experience in a Mall or Organised Retail environment is mandatory. ???? Compensation: Salary will be amongst the best in the industry and shall not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
