Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events & brand activations. Support business development efforts including brand outreach, tenant engagement & partnership development. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies & vendors for smooth campaign execution. Track and report on marketing performance metrics and footfall data.

Eligibility Criteria: MBA in Marketing / Graduate with relevant experience from a recognised institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development. Prior experience in Mall, Retail, or Hospitality sector will only be given preference. Valuable communication, coordination & analytical skills.
