Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, translating briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves overseeing project progress, supporting site coordination, and collaborating with contractors and vendors to resolve design and execution issues. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, documentation, and quality control throughout all project stages. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical and creative solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication across project phases.
- Familiarity with Integration concepts related to coordinating architectural work with structural, MEP, and other design disciplines.
- Working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and openness to collaborating with Software Development or technology teams when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
