Role Description It is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dehradun. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant ad networks. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, running A/B tests, and adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to improve return on ad spend. The role involves collaborating with designers, content specialists, and SEO experts to align performance campaigns with broader marketing strategies and landing page experiences. The manager will analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, other PPC networks) and campaign optimisation techniques. Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of core digital marketing disciplines, such as SEO fundamentals, social media marketing, and remarketing/retargeting strategies.Experience collaborating on ad creatives and landing pages, with an understanding of user journey, conversion rate optimisation, and basic copywriting principles. Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and report clearly on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing. Prior agency experience and familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio, or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
