Job description: Real estate sales Executive What we are looking for A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property transaction by generating leads, guiding clients through site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Ensuring a seamless sales process while meeting ambitious revenue and conversion targetsResponsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Generate leads, coordinate site visits, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. Ensure a smooth and professional sales process while achieving revenue and conversion targets.Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Prepare and present competitive offers, and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and agents. Assist clients throughout the closing process, ensuring all legal documentation and formalities are completed accurately. Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.Develop and strengthen client networks through referrals, marketing initiatives, and excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall business performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience required in real estate selling.A proven track record of meeting in real state sales target. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of Microsoft and CRM tools.
