Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies to promote The Kaizen Group's products. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual content (photos/videos) showcasing products Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)Plan and execute monthly content calendar Generate and nurture leads through website, email, and WhatsApp marketing Run and optimize digital ads (Google Ads, social media PPC) Handle SEO activities (keywords, backlinks, meta tags, traffic analysis) Maintain and update Google profile and website contentCoordinate PR activities and influencer collaborations Develop case studies and client testimonials Conduct weekly performance updates and reporting Additional Responsibilities Manage external subscriptions and marketing tools Pitch to government departments and CSR opportunities across IndiaEnsure website UX/UI improvements for better conversions Requirements Basic knowledge of digital marketing&social media Understanding of SEO, ads, and content strategy Creative mindset with execution ability Good communication and coordination skills Work Structure Weekly updates required Focus on Pan-India marketing reach Target-driven role (leads, traffic, conversions)
