Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment. Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices. Review code to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Drive system optimization and reliability improvements. Full Stack DevelopmentDevelop and maintain front-end and back-end applications. Work with technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, and Angular. Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases. Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems. Project&Delivery Management Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines. Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with SLAs. Collaborate with business, MES, and IT teams. Integration&Enterprise Systems Handle integrations across MES, SAP, WMS, APIs, and middleware. Ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems. Team Management&Mentorship Lead and mentor development teams. Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Drive Agile practices including sprint planning and retrospectives. DevOps&Governance Implement CI/CD pipelines and release management processes. Manage version control using Git and branching strategies. Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
