Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Commercial Real Estate Research & Investment Analyst located in Bangalore Urban. The Analyst will conduct financial modeling, perform property evaluations, and undertake in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, supporting underwriting efforts, and preparing detailed financial reports. The role also entails working closely with investors to provide insights on market conditions and viable assets, while ensuring adherence to compliance and industry guidelines.
