Health Insurance Telesales– Deputy Manager Location: Mysore Department: Telesales / Health Insurance Designation: Deputy Manager – Telesales Job Summary Looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Health Insurance Telesales to manage and drive a team of 50 telecallers through 3 Team Leaders. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving productivity, ensuring quality customer interactions, and driving team performance in a high-volume telesales environment.Key Responsibilities Manage overall telesales operations for Health Insurance business. Handle a team of 50 telecallers supported by 3 Team Leaders. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and productivity metrics. Monitor team performance, conversions, login hours, and lead utilization.Conduct regular reviews with Team Leaders and telecallers. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and sales processes. Coach and mentor Team Leaders for better team handling and performance management. Analyze MIS reports, sales dashboards, and funnel metrics. Improve persistency, customer experience, and business quality.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operational support. Drive motivation activities and performance improvement plans. Handle escalations and customer concerns effectively. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 4–10 years of experience in Telesales/BPO/Insurance sales. At least 2+ years of team handling experience in Health Insurance telesales.Experience in managing large telesales teams through Team Leaders. Strong knowledge of health insurance products and telesales processes. Good understanding of sales metrics, dialer management, and MIS reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidate from Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI telesales background. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong people management and coaching abilities. Comfortable working in target-driven environment.
