Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Senior Staff Accountant role based in Mysore/Bangalore. The Senior Staff Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities include managing balance sheets, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, overseeing tax preparation, and supporting audits. The role will also involve streamlining accounting processes and serving as a point of contact for financial queries.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and General Ledger Accounting
- Solid knowledge of US Tax Compliance, Audits, and Regulatory Standards
- Experience with Accounting Software and Financial Analysis Tools
- Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification or equivalent is preferred)
