Job Title: Recruiter – HR Location: Mysore, India Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in HR Recruitment Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates. Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in BPO) Robust interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools. Pay: ₹10,847.10
