Patient Interaction Intern – International (Mysuru)

Location: Remote Type: Paid Internship (3 months) with PPO Stipend: ₹10,000/month Conversion: Full-time role based on performance

Role objective Enable international patients to navigate medical treatment in India with clarity, speed, and accuracy. The function is operational, not marketing. The output is successful bookings and high patient satisfaction.

Core responsibilities
- Communicate with international patients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Handle inquiries in English fluently
- Explain treatment options, hospital packages, pricing, and process steps
- Collect medical reports and coordinate with doctors/hospitals
- Schedule appointments, travel assistance, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records with structured, accurate data
- Resolve concerns and reduce drop-offs in the booking funnel
- Act as single point of contact for assigned patients

Required skills (non-negotiable)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Clear phone communication and listening ability
- High empathy with disciplined execution
- Ability to handle sensitive medical conversations calmly
- Organized, process-driven mindset
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Rapid response time and ownership mentality

Preferred
- Experience in tele-calling, customer support, or medical tourism
