Purpose of the Job The individual should be able to manage and provide consultation to stakeholders on technical training and manage technical training projects in terms of content development/delivery. The role holder will oversee the execution of training initiatives for the crew and cadets while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth roll-out and implementation of training initiatives for crew and cadets.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently, multi-task and in possession of good communication as well as interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Possesses a positive working knowledge of crew technical training and experience in maritime operations.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation for content development and technical related training for crew competency development.
- Oversee training events including liaison with manning agents and training centers, course registration, participant and trainer/assessor confirmation, virtual platform access and/or training venue.
