About the role

Renuit Logistics is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support customers across day-to-day logistics operations. This is a fully remote role based in India.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer questions, shipment updates, and service issues. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns, communicate clearly, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their experience.

Position responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate shipment updates, service information, and issue resolution support.

Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate internal team quickly.

Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.

Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly in internal systems.

Share recurring customer feedback and common issues with management.

Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication style.

Support overall customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and proactive communication.

Position requirements

English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.

Must be based in India.

Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Strong communication and professionalism in customer interactions.
