The role is primarily focused on customer communication, lead follow-ups, and backend sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customer inquiries and leads generated through exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.

Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects to establish communication and understand their requirements.

Send follow-up messages through Emails and WhatsApp for customer engagement and lead nurturing.

Maintain and update customer records, inquiry status, and follow-up details in Excel sheets.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and updates.

Handle backend ERP activities including customer creation, inquiry entries, sales order updates, and related coordination activities.
