- driving structured transformation initiatives, enhancing process design, and enabling consistent delivery across a complex, multi-region environment. You will play a critical role in evaluating and reimagining core HR processes—translating business priorities into well-defined solutions and ensuring disciplined execution across the lifecycle of change initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will bring a data-led and structured approach to problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and user experience. Summary of the role and key responsibilities
- Lead the intake, prioritisation, and governance of process enhancement initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables in collaboration with HR technology, operations, and subject matter experts
- Conduct rigorous process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, fragmentation, and optimisation opportunities
- Design scalable, compliant, and future-ready process frameworks aligned to system capabilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives, including workshops, validation cycles, and controlled rollouts
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to track impact, efficiency gains, and process adherence
- Partner on change and adoption strategies, including communication and capability-building interventions
- Build solid relationships across functions and geographies to ensure consistency with appropriate regional flexibility Key skills required
- Strong grounding in HR operations and process design within a complex, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience in driving transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced analytical capability with the ability to synthesise data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior levels
- Familiarity with process mapping methodologies and structured documentation practices
