The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and ticketing.
- Work on ticketing platforms such as Saber or similar GDS tools.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via calls, chats, or emails.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns. Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in customer support and travel ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Saber or similar ticketing/GDS tools is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Valuable problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Technical RequirementsCandidates must have:
- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)
- High-speed and stable internet connection Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international customer support processes.
- Familiarity with airline fare rules and booking procedures.
