This role offers excellent exposure to customer service, logistics operations, order management, and global business processes while supporting international operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and support operational requests
- Assist with order management and operational updates in internal systems
- Support billing verification and order closure activities
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and SOPs Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
