Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments Remind customers about pending EMI amounts and due dates Explain loan details, outstanding balances, and repayment schedules Understand and record reasons for payment delays Guide customers on available payment modes (Bank transfer, UPI, App, Branch, etc.) Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines while communicating with customers Maintain a polite, qualified, and customer-friendly approach during calls Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
