You will model agile project management processes—including ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution—while also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and team-oriented updates. What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Simulate agile workflows (backlog, sprints, epics, dependencies).
- Document Confluence-based knowledge management (wiki structures, permissions, collaboration).
- Validate AI-generated project and documentation outputs for accuracy.
- Model advanced scenarios: escalations, release management, cross-team collaboration.
- Provide best practices for knowledge management and agile project execution.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Jira experience in agile software development or project management environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly to real-world scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on precise technical documentation in English.

- Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. (We have 2 options of time commitment: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week)
