The role primarily involves interacting with existing leads, understanding customer requirements, guiding them through the process, and ensuring successful conversions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage leads generated by the Business Development team
- Connect with interested customers and explain financial products/services
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication until closure
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding and documentation process
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
- Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Handling, or Finance-related roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Solid interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
