Freelance Opportunity – 3M Application Support Specialist …, Mysuru

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Freelance Solventum / 3M Application Support Specialist to provide advanced production and application support for healthcare solutions environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Solventum/3M applications, resolving complex production issues, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure operational stability. This role requires hands-on expertise in healthcare application support, HIM workflows, integrations, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced production support for Solventum/3M applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and integration issues
- Analyze and optimize Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and HIM workflows
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and stabilization activities
- Collaborate with vendor support teams and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
- Monitor operational performance and ensure SLA commitments are maintained
- Reduce support backlog through proactive issue management and workflow improvements
- Support integrated healthcare systems and interfaces across enterprise environments

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting Solventum / 3M healthcare applications
- Robust experience in production support within complex healthcare environments
- Expertise in troubleshooting integrated systems and workflow-related issues
- Experience supporting:
- Solventum Code Audit
- Prebill
- HDM Interfaces
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
