Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Retina and Glaucoma Surgeon based at Confidential company in Mysore. The surgeon will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with retinal and glaucoma disorders, including detailed clinical examinations, interpretation of diagnostic imaging, and formulation of individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing retinal and glaucoma surgeries and procedures, providing pre- and post-operative care, and managing medical therapies in line with current evidence-based guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary eye care team, participation in case discussions, and adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards. The surgeon is also expected to contribute to patient education, clinical documentation, and ongoing professional development, including participation in internal trainings and academic activities.
