Client Sales Partner (Mysuru)

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Partner to generate leads, meet clients, and close residential construction projects in Mysore. The candidate should have robust communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential construction projects
- Meet prospective clients and explain company services
- Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain client database and update CRM/reporting
- Develop channel partners and referral networks
- Handle negotiations and assist in project closures
- Support marketing activities and campaigns Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in construction, real estate, Sales, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Mysore market
- Ability to handle client meetings independently
