Job Title: Branch Manager – Piaggio (Palace Automotives) Location: Manandavadi Road, Mysuru Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Piaggio dealership located on Manandavadi Road, Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, service, team performance, and overall branch profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom and service operations
- Drive vehicle sales and achieve monthly targets
- Lead, train, and supervise sales and service teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, billing, and cash handling processes
- Maintain coordination with company management and vendors
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile dealership management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valuable communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounts and inventory management
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
