Field Sales Executive (Mysuru)

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the brand’s point of contact for relationship support and engagement (not order booking).
- Visit only potential dealers. (Scouted A and B )
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing and potential dealers.
- Strengthen Spectra’s presence through plumber meets and brand visibility activities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with plumbers and contractors to promote Spectra products.
- Gather information on competitor pricing and market schemes.
- Provide daily reports and insights to the head office. Performance Tracker
• No sales targets — performance will be measured on business development parameters.
- The candidate will not handle order booking or payment collection (except in case of long-overdue cases as directed by management). Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in Kannada and English.
