Job description Production Head With QC knowledge – Food Processing / FMCG Production Head (with QC Knowledge) – Summary The Production Manager at Nectar Fresh Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple product lines (honey, jam, pickle, vinegar, coffee, seeds, etc.). The role ensures timely production, cost efficiency, and strict compliance with food safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Production Planning: Creating and managing schedules aligned with sales and inventory while optimizing capacity and minimizing downtime.
- Operations Management: Overseeing daily production, maintaining batch records (BPRs), monitoring yields, and ensuring SOP adherence.
- Quality & Compliance: Enforcing GMP, ISO, FSSAI, and other standards; handling audits, non-conformances (NCRs), and corrective actions (CAPA).
- Team Leadership: Managing production staff, training, shift planning, and performance management.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensuring equipment upkeep, calibration, and cleanliness as per standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving efficiency, waste reduction, and process enhancements. Overall, the role combines production leadership, quality control, compliance, and team management to ensure smooth and high-standard manufacturing operations. Additional Requirement
