Retail Sales Associate (Mysuru)

We are looking for Retail / Counter Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide product (Luggage/Bags) demo and accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
• Sell and cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
• Promote sales.
• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the seniors.
• Stay updated on current products and services.
• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
• Process transactions and billing.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
