Store Incharge – Food / Pharma Industry Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory, storage, and material handling in a food/pharma manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock control, documentation, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure proper storage conditions as per food/pharma safety standards
- Handle inward and outward material entries in ERP/MIS systems
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams
- Monitor batch-wise inventory, expiry, and traceability
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FIFO/FEFO, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation for audits and inspections Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG Retail /inventory management in food or pharma industry
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management
- Familiarity with GMP, FIFO, FEFO, and compliance standards
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Preferred
- Experience in regulated environments (FSSAI / Pharma compliance)
- Exposure to audits and documentation processes Additional Requirement
