Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bengaluru South. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, policy development, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The role also involves supporting recruitment strategies and fostering a positive organizational culture. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and organizational compliance
- Skill in conflict resolution, communication, and relationship-building
- Ability to develop and implement HR processes and workforce strategies
- Experience with recruitment planning and execution
- Proficiency in HR tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD are a plus
