The Facility Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, using tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency, and addressing general repair and maintenance needs. Tasks include maintaining and repairing equipment, handling power tools, carpentry, plumbing, and ensuring the upkeep of facility infrastructure to meet safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Equipment Maintenance and performing routine Preventive Maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in using Power Tools for various repair and construction projects.
- Skills in Carpentry to repair or construct furniture, structures, or fixtures as required.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Plumbing systems, including identifying and fixing leaks, installations, and repairs.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a protected and functional environment.
