The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with luxury developers, architects, and high-value clients. Core responsibilities will include generating leads, managing client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on market trends, and understanding customer requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Knowledge of premium building materials or architectural products is a plus Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into solutionsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Effective presentation skills with attention to detail Self-motivated and results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience in the construction, real estate, or luxury product industry is advantageous
