With a robust presence in the market, they are known for their expertise in structural metal processing delivering high-quality solutions to their clients.Job Description Reporting into the CEO, you will: - Oversee daily operations of multi plant setups and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity in machining and stamping processes.- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and maintain product quality standards. - Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality. - Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all operatiothe units - Report operational performance to the leadership team and recommend strategies for growth and scalability. The Successful Applicant A successful COO should have: - A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.- Significant 25+ years experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, particularly in the mechanical industry - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale operations of atleast a Top line of 800 cr+ - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - A solid understanding of operational processes and compliance standards.- The ability to drive innovation and foster team collaboration.
