Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Mysore, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply) Salary: 15,000 per month Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Mysore. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for daily tasks including-1. Identify and approach small and micro-enterprises such as kirana stores, grocery shops, and regional artisans. 2. Generate and qualify potential leads for onboarding onto our platform. 3. Collect and verify business details to support the onboarding and registration process. 4. Build strong relationships with local vendors, SHGs, and handicraft producers.5. Support sellers in understanding our platform's benefits and assist them during initial setup. Qualification• Strong communication and customer service skills in Hindi, English, and specifically Kannada. • Proven experience in sales and marketing. • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmen t. • Experience in working with SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs is a plus
