Role Description This is a full time, in office role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru South.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee and execute HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development initiatives. The role also involves developing HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with company goals while ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and support employee engagement.

Qualifications
