Role Summary

We are seeking a energetic Sales Manager to research corporate clients, generate leads, pitch our tech-driven parking services, close deals, manage client relationships, and coordinate with operations. This role involves field outreach in Mysore.

Key Responsibilities: Research potential corporate clients, generate and qualify leads, and drive business closure to meet monthly/quarterly targets. Develop deep knowledge of local tech parks, malls, hotels, and city wise business landscape. Hire , train and build a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular training on product knowledge and objection handling. Foster a problem

- first culture. Conduct team meeting regularly. Assign daily tasks, track performance and ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Track sales pipeline, and submit weekly progress reports on targets and conversions. Support product demos, price negotiations, contract documentation, and ensure swift handover of current clients to operations after successful onboarding. Conduct outbound calls, send personalized emails, and attend client meetings to pitch Gupio's valet parking, app-based tracking, and optimization services. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree; MBA/marketing preferred. Min 2 years in B2B sales (parking, facilities, SaaS, or corporate services ideal). Strong prospecting, negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills; proficiency in CRM/Excel. Excellent communication for calls/emails/meetings, travel willingness.
