Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory, storage, and material handling in a food/pharma manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock control, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Ensure proper storage conditions as per food/pharma safety standards Handle inward and outward material entries in ERP/MIS systems Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams Monitor batch-wise inventory, expiry, and traceability Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification Ensure compliance with GMP, FIFO/FEFO, and regulatory requirements Maintain documentation for audits and inspections

Experience 3–6 years of experience in FMCG Retail /inventory management in food or pharma industry Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems

Skills & Competencies Solid knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management Familiarity with GMP, FIFO, FEFO, and compliance standards Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Preferred Experience in regulated environments (FSSAI / Pharma compliance) Exposure to audits and documentation processes

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
