We are looking for Retail / Counter Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide product (Luggage/Bags) demo and accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
- Sell and cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
- Promote sales.
- Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the seniors.
- Stay updated on current products and services.
- Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
- Process transactions and billing.
