In this role, you will play a vital part in our bakery operations, supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional baked goods and pastry items that meet our organization's highest quality standards. You will combine your technical expertise with collaborative leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain consistency in product quality, and contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
