Key Responsibilities 1. Presentation Design & Storytelling
- Design high-quality presentations across pitches, client proposals, thought
- leadership, marketing, brand storytelling, and executive communication
- formats
- Translate dense or complex information into visually structured, easy-to-
- understand slides
- Create layouts, visual systems, infographics, diagrams, charts, and
- storytelling frameworks that improve clarity and engagement
- Ensure slides communicate the core message quickly and effectively 2. Visual Quality & Brand Consistency
- Maintain high standards of visual craft, alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and
- consistency across all presentations
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual systems
- Elevate templates and existing structures with thoughtful, presentation-first
- design thinking
- Maintain zero tolerance for formatting inconsistencies, poor alignment, or visual clutter 3. Collaboration & Responsiveness
- Work closely with content writers, strategists, account teams, and leadership stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming and presentation structuring discussions where required
- Handle multiple projects and quick turnaround timelines efficiently 4. Design Innovation & AI Tools
- Stay updated on modern presentation design trends, business storytelling approaches, and visual communication styles
- Explore AI-assisted workflows and tools that improve speed, formatting, visualization, or productivity Desired Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or corporate communication design
- Robust portfolio showcasing executive-level presentations, pitch decks, or business storytelling work
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma is preferred
- Strong understanding of AI tools, typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and information design
- Ability to simplify complex business and technology information visually
- High attention to detail and strong visual judgment
