Relationship Manager (Mysuru)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Role : Relationship Manger Role Overview The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing affluent and super-affluent clients, driving investment business, and delivering customized financial solutions. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships and growing Assets Under Management (AUM). Key Responsibilities Acquire recent clients in the Affluent & Super Affluent segment through open market and existing network. Build and manage a strong portfolio of high-value clients. Maintain relationships and grow AUM by cross-selling financial products. Provide investment advisory services based on client risk profile and financial goals. Track and identify potential clients in the target segment for new business acquisition. Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends. Coordinate with internal product and research teams (Centralized CFP Team) for informed investment decisions. Conduct and support seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives. Deepen client engagement to increase wallet share and overall portfolio value. Products Handled Mutual Funds SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans) Demat Accounts PMS Insurance CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) Requirements Proven experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services. Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills. Experience handling affluent or high-net-worth individuals (HNI clients preferred). Good understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity/Demat. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. Market awareness and analytical ability to advise clients effectively.
