Your Role
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through a combination of manual and automated testing practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable applications.
In this role, you will:
Analyse business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to derive test scenarios.
Design, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UAT testing.
Log, track, and manage defects while working closely with development teams for resolution.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues identified in production environments.
Develop and maintain UI and API automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
Build and enhance reusable and scalable automation frameworks.
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and analyze automation failures.
Configure and manage automated test execution using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Generate, analyze, and present detailed test execution and quality reports.
Perform database testing by validating data using SQL and NoSQL queries.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across applications.
Conduct performance and scalability testing using JMeter.
Your Profile
5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong expertise in Manual, Web, and API testing.
Hands-on experience with Playwright and strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4ncxex
