We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support short-term and long-term initiatives across financial planning and analytics environments. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, financial modeling, integrations, reporting, forecasting, and system optimization
Responsibilities
Act as the in-house SME for Workday Adaptive Planning, supporting implementation, configuration, enhancements, maintenance, and feature rollouts.
Design, develop, and manage integrations between Adaptive Planning and external systems.
Build and simulate ETL processes to align external data with Adaptive Planning structures.
Rebuild and optimize custom cubes, sheets, and models for better scalability and performance.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, BI, and business teams for scenario modeling and strategic planning.
Ensure system performance optimization, data integrity, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide user training, and implement best practices.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A; initiatives using Adaptive Planning.
Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.
Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Scenario Modeling.
Experience in Dashboard Development, Reporting, and Analytics.
Solid knowledge of Custom Cubes, Adaptive Sheets, and Model Building.
Experience with Data Integration, ETL Processes, and ERP Integrations.
Valuable understanding of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
Expertise in Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Performance Optimization.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
