Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Affiliate Mechanic Relationship Management Executive to strengthen our network of affiliate mechanics.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field and service teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain affiliate mechanic data in the CRM system
Serve as the primary contact for mechanics, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
Monitor performance, gather feedback, and ensure partner satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on affiliate engagement and performance metrics
Collaborate with service and operations teams to enhance mechanic relationships
Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new affiliates
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi / Kannada / Telugu
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
