Job Overview

We are looking for a Journal Submission Specialist who is detail-oriented and passionate about academic research support. The role focuses on managing end-to-end journal submission processes, ensuring manuscripts meet journal standards, ethical requirements, and submission timelines.

Key Responsibilities Identify and recommend suitable journals based on research scope and indexing Review and follow journal submission guidelines accurately Format manuscripts as per journal requirements (Word) Submit manuscripts through online journal submission systems Track submission status and coordinate revisions with clients

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Basic understanding of academic research and journal publications Solid attention to detail and formatting skills Good written communication in English Familiarity with journal submission platforms (preferred) MS Word / Google Docs proficiency
