Client Relationship Manager (Nagercoil)

It's responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients who use the company’s software products, applications, or IT services. The main objective of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth project execution, and business development. 1. Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Requirement Analysis: Identify and understand the client’s needs related to software solutions and IT services.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Customer Support: Assist clients in resolving technical problems or service-related issues.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Service Management: Ensure that IT services and software solutions are delivered efficiently and on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
- Business Opportunities: Look for chances to offer additional services such as upgrades, maintenance, or current IT solutions.
- Client Engagement: Organize regular meetings, calls, or presentations to update clients about project progress.
- Feedback Handling: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the development team for product or service improvements.
- Performance Reporting: Create reports regarding client satisfaction, project updates. 2. Required Skills
