- Attend customer complaints and diagnose issues
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting for appliances
- Installation and uninstallation of AC, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.
- Handle breakdown service calls efficiently
- Provide clear explanation of issues to customers
- Maintain service reports and job updates Requirements
- Experience in repair/service of appliances (AC / fridge / washing machine preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge
- Willingness to travel for field service
- Two-wheeler preferred Salary & Benefits
