Key Responsibilities: Recruit and hire new employees. Handle employee relations and resolve issues. Oversee payroll and benefits. Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed. Organize training and development programs. Keep employee records up to date. Support managers and staff with HR needs.Improve employee satisfaction and company culture. Requirements  : Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in HR management. Good communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to handle sensitive situations fairly and confidentially.
